  • Brown and Brown Community Partners is a Texas nonprofit corporation organized exclusively for charitable purposes and has applied for recognition of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

    Upon approval, the organization’s tax-exempt status is expected to be retroactive to its formation date of November 24, 2025, in accordance with IRS regulations. Donations may be deductible for federal income tax purposes, subject to applicable IRS rules and the donor’s individual tax situation.

    Donors will receive written acknowledgment of eligible charitable contributions for their records.

  • Your donation supports the charitable cause or organization identified in each campaign. Brown & Brown Community Partners coordinates and administers fundraising efforts on behalf of approved charitable causes and nonprofit organizations.

    A portion of funds raised may be used to cover the reasonable costs associated with conducting and administering the campaign, including event expenses, fundraising activities, payment processing, staffing, and other necessary program and administrative expenses. After applicable expenses, the net proceeds are distributed to or used for the benefit of the designated charitable cause or organization.
